Smiles

Smiles, we love to see them we think Happy when we do. Yet, there is so much more behind those smiles, more then everyone knows.
A smile could be motivation for better. It could be a cover-up for something that is not better.
We all are probably guilty of BOTH perspectives. Especially with the WORLD is looking in on us.

Smiles can be contagious which I feel is the best reason to have one whenever possible.

If a smile is a cover-up break out of the cover-up mode by talking to someone that you trust. Or maybe one of the people that return a smile.

Flip Side

Social media has most of us posting all the happiest parts of our lives. My generation did that when talking to others outside our homes. Adults would say, "Don't talk about "that" with others.

So, THAT has been a learned characteristic, by many people.

At the same time talking positive, MOSTLY, can bring the positive in. Which I have learned through many ups and downs or "TOUGH TIMES."

People need to KNOW there is a FLIP SIDE. For some that flip side is difficult!!!

It can be hid not wanting anyone to know. It can be shoved down wanting to live POSITIVE.
When it comes through, it can come through hard and strong and be
devastating !
Stay REALLY in TOUCH. Not just socially.

Love is the answer!!!
